Brian and I met over my disdain for writing prompts and exercises. Funny way to meet, I know, but Brian sought me out after reading my book, asking if I’d expand on my dislike of anything other than writing with intent, and the next thing we knew we were making a date for some phone time, during which we exchanged ideas on writing and knitting.
